This a picture of medical Lloyd George envelopes, I learnt about them in the book What is a Doctor? A GP's Prescription for the future by Dr Phil Whitaker.

'They first came into use in 1911 as part of a 'panel' system founded by Liberal Political David Lloyd George - a health insurance scheme for low-paid working men' P6.

These medical envelopes are still commonly used today. However one person's folder often has three or four envelopes compressed together with a rubber band.

I plan to place my publication within these medical folders. They are to be handled and touched, and will contain the interviews conducted during my collaboration with Women Of the NHS and pictures of the studies and paintings I have created of each women.

I have been creating a publication book, including pictures of my paintings and drawings, similar to my page called Women Of the NHS. With each women having a double page space within the publication.

Please see screenshots that demonstrates my process so far. I plan to print these in Risograph printing.

These screen shots demonstrate my process so far on indesign. As you can see, I have been creating my publication. I am planning to print these on Risograph, with one page including printed images of my paintings and drawings and then quotes from our interview.

These images represent my recent experimentation with Risograph Printing. I have  re-created the  Lloyd George envelopes, to hold my  publication. Almost like medical files held inside.. My envelope are a slightly different colour. However they have a similar feeling and the tone of blue I've used is almost identical.

These photos represent the front and back of my Lloyd George Medical Envelope, that I created using Risograph print.

These images represent my plan for the research festival. I have explored having some of my envelopes with hand painted inky outcomes inside, these inky paintings  represent the first women and transgender  doctors. These works where  born out of the research. did for Come Together Right Now.

I have also included the book I created in my book binding workshop, as this highlights how I will present my publication. Now having made the book, it is likely that I will create a book for each women instead of one book for all. This might occur because you are limited to the number of pages you can bind together.

I have also included screen shots of my iPad, These image represent the podcasts I've been creating. I have now interviewed 6 different women from the NHS. These interviews will form my podcast for the research festival. I will use quotes from the podcast/ informal interviews for my women of the NHS  publication. I see these works as interlinking and connected.
